In 1994 the Spanish office was established in Madrid in order to be closer to the Iberian and North African markets that were booming in those years. Following the sale of over 600,000 receivers to the local Spanish TV platform Via Digital in 1997-98, an after-sales service department was established in Madrid.

The sales force of the Spanish office continued with the distribution of satellite TV products in Spain, Portugal and North Africa until 2001 when its area of responsibility was extended to include all of Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The operation in Madrid is now specifically dedicated to the assembly of new set-top-boxes for European TV operators and to the refurbishing of satellite receivers for the Spanish digital TV platform Via Digital.
